All transactions occur directly between buyers and sellers.

本规范明确用户使用 Global Auto Trade 平台时需遵守的行为准则。

1. Prohibited Content一、禁止发布内容

Users may not upload or list:

• Stolen vehicles被盗车辆信息
• Counterfeit documents伪造证件、文书
• Illegal modifications非法改装车辆相关资料
• Offensive, defamatory, or obscene content侮辱、诽谤、低俗色情类内容

2. Prohibited Behaviors二、禁止操作行为

Users may not:

用户严禁实施以下行为：

• Engage in fraud or impersonation欺诈、冒充他人身份
• Harm platform infrastructure破坏平台服务器、系统基础设施
• Introduce malware上传病毒、恶意程序
• Bypass security mechanisms绕过平台安全校验机制
• Scrape data without authorization未经许可批量爬取平台数据
• Misuse personal data of other users非法使用、泄露其他用户个人信息

3. Enforcement三、违规处置机制

Global Auto Trade may:

• Remove content下架违规内容
• Suspend or terminate accounts暂停、永久注销违规账户
• Report violations to authorities向主管机关举报违规行为
