Thank you for using our online marketplace platform portal Globalautotrade.com (the "Platform"). The Platform is owned and operated by Digital Auto Market Place Ltd. ("we", "our", "us", "DAM"), a company incorporated and existing under the laws of the United Arab Emirates under trading license ADFZ-10487. These terms of use ("Terms of Use") set out the rules for accessing and using the Platform.
By accessing, browsing or using the Platform, you confirm that you accept the Terms of Use and that you agree to comply with and to be bound by them and you agree that they form an agreement between you and us. These Terms of Use affect your legal rights and obligations. If you do not agree to be bound by all of these Terms of Use, do not access or use the Platform.

The Platform allows users who wish to sell a vehicle (each a "Seller") to create and publish a listing (each a "Listing") for other users to view. Users interested in a listed item or service (each a "Buyer") may contact the Seller through the Platform to make an offer or inquire about the Listing.
The Platform is an online marketplace that facilitates the listing, discovery and introduction of the Buyer and the Seller in terms of the items or service listed on the Platform. DAM is not and will not be a party to any sale and purchase between the Buyer and the Seller, and does not own, sell, purchase, inspect, deliver, register, insure or warrant any items or service listed on the Platform.
Where financial functionality (for example payment processing) may be made available through the Platform by DAM and/or through a third-party service provider, such functionality is provided solely to facilitate transactions between the Buyer and the Seller, and does not make DAM a seller, buyer, dealer, insurer or guarantor of any items or services listed or transacted through or as a result of the Platform.
You can view Listings without registering on the Platform as a Buyer or Seller. If you would like to learn more about a Listing including details of a vehicle or its price or you would like to take any action in regard to a Listing or to access other functionalities of the Platform, you must register for an account and sign in as either a Buyer or Seller.
These Terms of Use govern your general access to and use of the Platform. Specific transactions conducted through or introduced by the Platform may be subject to a separate transaction agreement or other transaction-specific terms entered into the relevant Buyer and the relevant Seller. By entering into any transaction through or as a result of the Platform, you agree to comply with the applicable transaction agreement and any related policies, schedules or instructions notified by DAM.

DAM may, directly or through third parties, at any time:
You warrant that you are not a sanctioned person and your vehicle and other items displayed in the Listing is not a sanctioned good.
You agree to provide all information, documents and assistance reasonably requested by DAM for the purpose of verifications and/or compliance checks as DAM deems necessary. DAM may refuse registration, suspend or terminate access, remove any Listing, refuse to facilitate any transaction, or delay, suspend, block or decline any financial functionality if you fail to provide requested information or if DAM considers that legal, regulatory, sanctions, fraud, money laundering, terrorist financing, reputational or other risk may arise.
You represent and warrant that neither you, nor any person on whose behalf you act, nor any vehicle, payment or transaction involving you, is subject to sanctions, export control restrictions or other restrictions or prohibitions under any applicable laws.
You must not use the Platform to identify, contact or negotiate with another user to complete or attempt to complete a transaction outside the Platform. If DAM reasonably determines that a Buyer and Seller have circumvented or attempted to circumvent the Platform after being introduced through the Platform, DAM may suspend or terminate account use, charge applicable fees, and take any other action available under these Terms of Use, any transaction agreements and/or any applicable laws.
The Platform may display or make available vehicle inspection reports, condition assessments, images, or other vehicle-related data ("Inspection Data") provided by independent third-party service providers (including via application programming interfaces) or uploaded by Sellers.
Inspection Data is provided for informational purposes only. DAM does not create, verify, audit, certify, or guarantee any Inspection Data and makes no representations or warranties, express or implied, as to its accuracy, completeness, reliability, timeliness, or regulatory compliance. Any reliance on Inspection Data is entirely at your own risk, and Buyers and Sellers remain solely responsible for their own due diligence.
Inspection Data provided via third-party APIs remains the property of the relevant third-party provider. Where Inspection Data is uploaded by a Seller, the Seller represents and warrants that it is lawfully provided and accurately reflects the true condition of the vehicle at the time it was created.
DAM shall have no liability for any loss, damage, claim, or dispute arising from or in connection with Inspection Data or any act or omission of a third-party provider or Seller. Any claims relating to Inspection Data must be pursued directly against the relevant third-party provider or Seller, as applicable.
DAM may suspend, modify, remove, or discontinue any Inspection Data or third-party inspection integration at any time without liability.
If you choose, or you are provided with, a user identification code, password or any other piece of information as part of our security procedures, you must treat such information as confidential. You must not disclose it to any third party.
We have the right to disable any user identification code or password, whether chosen by you or allocated by us, at any time, if in our reasonable opinion you have failed to comply with any of the provisions of these Terms of Use or your ongoing use poses a security threat to us or anyone else.
If you know or suspect that anyone other than you knows your user identification code or password, you must promptly notify us at support@globalautotrade.com.
We are the owner or the licensee of all intellectual property rights in the Platform, and in the material and content published on it by us or on our behalf (the "Materials"). Those works are protected by intellectual property laws and treaties around the world, including copyright protection. All such rights are reserved. All trade marks, service marks and logos (the "Trade Marks") displayed on the Platform are the exclusive property of DAM and our affiliates, or the property of certain other third-parties. You will not use the Trade Marks or Materials in any manner without our prior written consent.
You may print off one copy, and may download extracts, of any page(s) from the Platform for your personal use and you may draw the attention of others within your organisation to content posted on the Platform.
You must not modify the paper or digital copies of the Materials and Trade Marks you have printed off or downloaded in any way.
Our status (and that of any identified contributors) as the authors of content on our Platform must always be acknowledged.
Other than as set out above and other than when viewing the Platform on your electronic device you are not granted any licence to use or view the Materials and Trade Marks.
In particular, you must not use any part of the content on the Platform for commercial purposes without obtaining a licence to do so from us or our licensors. You will not: (i) use, copy, modify, display, delete, distribute, download, store, reproduce, transmit, publish, sell, re-sell, adapt, reverse engineer, or create derivative works of the Materials and Trade Marks; or (ii) use the Materials and Trade Marks on other web Platforms or any media (e.g. social media) without our prior written consent.
Any information, images, documents, materials or otherwise content you share or upload to the Platform, including as part of a Listing, will be considered non-confidential and non-proprietary ("Content"). You retain any intellectual property rights in your Content, but you hereby grant us and other users of the Platform a licence to use, store and copy that Content and to distribute and make it available to third-parties. More specifically, you grant DAM a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable licence to use, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works of, display and perform that Content in connection with the service provided on the Platform and to promote the Platform. You acknowledge that DAM may use, reproduce, display, adapt, analyse and publish the Content for the purposes of operating, improving, marketing and protecting the Platform, preventing fraud, conducting verification or compliance checks and generating aggregated or anonymised analytics.
When you upload Content to the Platform or interact with other users, you must comply at all times with these Terms of Use. You represent and warrant that any Content you provide meets these standards, and you agree to indemnify us for any breach of this warranty. This means you are responsible for any loss or damage we incur as a result of your non-compliance.
User generated Content is not verified or approved by us. The views expressed by other users on our site do not represent our views or values. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to remove any Content you post or upload to the Platform, with or without notice, if we believe it violates these Terms of Use and any applicable laws, and/or infringes any third-party rights.
If you violate any terms in this section 5 (Intellectual Property), your right to use the Platform will cease immediately and you must, at our option, return or destroy any copies of the Materials and Trade Marks you have made.
DAM acts as an intermediary. The content on the Platform is provided for general information only and does not constitute any form of advice.
Any verifications we may choose to conduct do not act as an endorsement, guarantee or certification by us to any user.
While we aim to ensure the information on the Platform remains timely and accurate, we cannot guarantee that content and information posted by users is correct and/or accurate, including dealer verification and vehicle details.
Although we make reasonable efforts to update the information on the Platform, we make no representations, warranties or guarantees, whether express or implied, that the Materials on the Platform are accurate, complete or up to date. We do not certify, warrant or guarantee vehicle condition, ownership or compliance.
Communications between users through the Platform are solely between the relevant users. DAM may monitor, access, review, retain or disclose such communications where permitted by law for compliance, fraud prevention, dispute management, platform safety or enforcement of these Terms of Use. DAM is not responsible for any statement, offer, promise, representation or commitment in such communications.
Where the Platform contains links to other websites and resources provided by third parties, these links are provided for your information only. Such links should not be interpreted as approval by us of those linked websites or information you may obtain from them.
We have no control over the contents of those Platforms or resources. When you select a link to an outside websites, you are subject to the terms of use of the owner/sponsors of that websites and you accept all risks of using such websites.
The Platform operates solely as an intermediary and does not act as a seller, carrier, freight forwarder, or logistics provider.
Our role is purely facilitative, providing visibility of available shipping options where applicable. The Platform does not guarantee the availability, accuracy, or performance of any of the third-party services displayed.
DAM does not assume any responsibility for the Listing, transportation, handling, or delivery of items or services listed. All shipping, delivery, and related arrangements are made directly between the Buyer and Seller or through independent third-party logistics providers selected by them. We are not liable for any loss, damage, delay, non-delivery, error, or any other claim arising from or related to the Listing, shipping, transportation, or logistics arrangements.
We will not be liable to you for any loss or damage, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise, even if foreseeable, arising under or in connection with:
We will not be liable for any loss of revenue, profit or anticipated profits, loss of goodwill, loss of business, loss of data, computer failure or malfunction.
We exclude all implied conditions, warranties, representations or other terms that may apply to the Platform or any content on it.
We do not exclude or limit in any way our liability to you where it would be unlawful to do so. This includes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence or the negligence of our employees, agents or subcontractors and for fraud.
You expressly understand and agree that your use of our Platform, or the Material made available through the Platform, is at your own risk. The content and function of the Platform are provided to you "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
DAM may charge commissions and other fees or charges in connection with transactions, premium features or other services made available through or in connection with the Platform. The applicable fees may be set out in a separate transaction agreement, fee schedule or other terms notified by DAM.
We do not guarantee that the Platform, or the Materials on it, will always be available or be uninterrupted. We may suspend or withdraw or restrict the availability of all or any part of the Platform for business and operational reasons. We will try to give you reasonable notice of any suspension or withdrawal by posting a notice online.
You are also responsible for ensuring that all persons who access the Platform through your internet connection are aware of these Terms of Use and other applicable terms and conditions, and that they comply with them.
The Platform does not act as a carrier, freight forwarder, or logistics provider. Shipping is arranged directly between the Buyer and the Seller or through third-party logistics providers. All costs, risks, insurance obligations, Incoterms and liabilities shall remain solely between the Buyer and the Seller, and the Platform shall have no responsibility or liability in relation thereto. DAM does not guarantee that any Listing will result in a transaction, that any Buyer will complete a purchase, that any Seller will complete a sale, that any payment will be successfully completed, or that any items or services in the Listings is available for transaction or delivery.
Nothing in these Terms of Use shall create any partnership, employment, agency, fiduciary, trust, escrow or representative relationship between DAM and any user.
When we consider, in our sole opinion, that you are in breach of any part of these Terms of Use, any applicable transaction agreements or any applicable laws, we may take such action as we deem appropriate in our sole discretion, including without limitation suspending or withdrawing your right to access or use the Platform or its Materials, closing your account and/or taking legal action against you.
You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless DAM and all of its employees and agents from any and all liabilities and harm incurred in connection with any claim arising from any breach by you of these Terms of Use, including reasonable attorney's fees and costs. You agree to cooperate fully in the defence of any such claim. We reserve the right to assume, at our own expense, the exclusive defence and control of any matter otherwise subject to indemnification by you. You agree not to settle any matter without the prior written consent by us.
These Terms of Use may refer to our Privacy Policy, which also applies to your use of the Platform. You should read the Privacy Policy to find out more about how personal information which we may collect about you is used and stored.
The way we use your personal information is set out in our Privacy Policy. We will follow our Privacy Policy in relation to personal information collected via the Platform. Communications over the internet and other public communications networks rely on infrastructure operated by various parties and we cannot guarantee the security or integrity of communications between you and us over such networks.
We do not guarantee that the Platform will be secure or free from bugs, viruses, "Trojan Horses", or any other type of malicious code, file or programme, although we deploy reasonable security measures.
You are responsible for configuring your information technology, computer programmes and platform to access the Platform. You should use your own virus protection software.
You must not misuse the Platform by knowingly uploading any content that contains a software virus, a "Trojan Horse" or any other computer code, file or programme that may alter, damage or interrupt the functionality of the Platform or the hardware or software of any person who accesses the Platform and you must take reasonable precautions to ensure that any such uploaded content is screened for such things.
You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Platform, the server on which the Platform is stored or any server, computer or database connected to our Platform. You must not attack the Platform via a denial-of-service attack or a distributed denial-of service attack. By breaching this provision, you may commit a criminal offence under the UAE Cybercrime Law No 34 of 2021 and/or under other laws. We will report any such breach to the relevant law enforcement authorities, and we will co-operate with those authorities by disclosing your identity to them. In the event of such a breach, your right to use the Platform will cease immediately.
If you come across any content on the Platform that you believe to be illegal, please contact us immediately at support@globalautotrade.com with full details of the illegal content.
If you are the owner of intellectual property rights, or an authorised agent acting on behalf of such an owner, and believe that any content infringes those rights, please contact us at support@globalautotrade.com with complete details of the alleged infringement. Upon receiving your notice, we will review such notice and, if we believe the allegations are sufficiently substantiated, we will make all reasonable efforts to remove the infringing content from the Platform within a reasonable timeframe.
We may amend these Terms of Use from time to time. Every time you wish to use the Platform, please check these terms to ensure you understand the terms that apply at that time. These Terms of Use were most recently updated on 12 June 2026.
We may update and change the Platform from time to time for any reason. We will try to give you reasonable notice of any substantial changes.
We may, in our sole discretion, terminate or suspend your access to and use of the Platform without notice for any reason, including for violation of these Terms of Use or for other conduct which we, in our sole discretion, believe is unlawful or harmful to us or to others. In the event of termination, you will no longer be authorised to access the Platform, and we will use any means possible to enforce this termination.
These Terms of Use shall be written and construed in the English language, and all questions of interpretation of these Terms of Use shall be resolved by reference to the same as written in English. If the Terms of Use are translated into Arabic, Chinese or any other foreign language, the English version shall prevail for all purposes, including any disputes or claims that may be resolved by any legal proceeding.
These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Abu Dhabi Global Markets, in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates.
If a dispute arises between you and us in relation to these Terms of Use, we encourage you to first contact us directly to seek an amicable resolution by emailing support@globalautotrade.com. We will review your complaint and take reasonable steps to address your concerns. If a dispute between us cannot be resolved amicably, then to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, you and we agree that we shall submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Abu Dhabi Global Markets, in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates in relation to any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with the Terms of Use or its subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims).
Any transaction agreement may contain separate governing law and dispute resolution provisions applicable to the relevant transaction. Unless otherwise stated in the transaction agreement, these Terms of Use shall continue to govern your general use of the Platform.
These Terms of Use and the documents referred to or incorporated in them constitute the entire agreement between DAM and you relating to the subject matter of these Terms of Use and supersede and extinguish any prior drafts, agreements, undertakings, representations, warranties and arrangements of any nature whatsoever, whether or not in writing, between us and you in relation to the subject matter of these Terms. Each party acknowledges that it has not relied upon any statement, representation, assurance or warranty other than those expressly set out in these Terms.
If any provision of these Terms of Use is held to be invalid or unenforceable by any judicial or other competent authority, all other provisions of these Terms of Use will remain in full force and effect and will not in any way be impaired. If any provision of these Terms of Use is held to be invalid or unenforceable but would be valid or enforceable if some part of the provision were deleted, the provision in question will apply with the minimum modifications necessary to make it valid and enforceable.
DAM shall not be liable for any delay, interruption, suspension, degradation, unavailability or failure in the operation of the Platform or the performance of any obligation under these Terms arising from any event beyond its reasonable control, including any act of God, natural disaster, flood, fire, earthquake, epidemic, pandemic, public health emergency, war (whether declared or undeclared), armed conflict, terrorism, civil unrest, riot, labour dispute, strike, governmental action, change in law, sanctions, embargo, export restrictions, failure of utilities, telecommunications failure, internet outage, cyberattack, denial-of-service attack, system failure, failure of any third-party service provider, or any other force majeure event.
